Hi, my name is Leslie. I grew up on a farm in southern New Hampshire surrounded by animals. My first love was horses. I rode and showed them until a back injury prevented me from doing so.
My interest in dog training started in 1992 when I took an obedience class here at Willow Creek Pet Center with my 6 month-old Corgi named Roxy. That was the beginning of my association with Willow Creek. I’ve been an instructor here for 7 years.
My passion is teaching and developing operant conditioning in all areas of dog training. I teach and specialize in agility, clicker, recall, and all the genreal public obedience classes. I enjoy showing students how to train their dogs with the use of positive reinforcement.
My husband and I share our home with Swedish Vallhunds, a Cattle Dog mix, and a Corgi. My hobbies are skiing, hiking, training and showing my dogs at agility trials and traveling in our motor home.
