Clients are always welcome to ask for estimates before treatment is performed. We urge you to discuss all fees with us at the time of the estimate. We believe our fees are competitive and fair, and we always provide an itemized receipt to help you obtain insurance reimbursement.

If you have financial concerns, please discuss them with the treating doctor prior to treatment. Remember that a written estimate for any service at Willow Creek Pet Center can be supplied to you.

Payment in full is required upon completion of services. If your pet has to stay in the hospital, boarding, or grooming, you may pay when you pick up your pet
