Dr. Jillian George was raised in Naples, Florida before relocating west to Colorado in 2000. She took several years off after college (before starting veterinary school), to enjoy her love of travel and different cultures. During this time she traveled to over 15 different countries.
Dr. George grew up riding horses and taking care of the family pets, quickly realizing her love and passion for animals and veterinary medicine. Dr. George worked for several years as a veterinary technician in both small and large animal medicine before and during her schooling. While in Colorado, she remained active on the board of a nonprofit rescue and rehabilitation organization as well as volunteering both domestic and abroad to help animals.
Dr. George obtained her degree in Veterinary Medicine at Colorado State University.
Outside of work Dr. George enjoys hiking, rock climbing, snowboarding, and horseback riding. She spends her days at home with her husband Christopher and their four legged family which includes Ty, a 5yr old goofy Pit Bull, Everest, a 7yr old Border Collie/Aussie mix and Kona, a 10 year old talkative African Grey.
Dr. George holds tremendous value in her relationships with clients and their furry family members and is looking forward to building very strong relationships with her clients at Willow Creek Pet Center. She is very excited to be a part of the Willow Creek Pet Center family!
