Dr. Tealese (Teale) Orme was born and raised in Park City. Her love for animals started when she was very young while caring for her family’s pets, riding her family’s Morgan horses in the Uintah Mountains and learning about her Grandmother’s sheep and goats on the Navajo reservation. Dr. Orme’s passion for Veterinary Medicine was cultivated at a young age by accompanying her pets to their veterinary appointments.
Dr. Orme completed her undergraduate education at Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire. She received her doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of California, Davis. During veterinary school, Dr. Orme developed a strong interest in preventative veterinary medicine and general surgery.
Dr. Orme is happy to be back in Utah so she can once again enjoy the Wasatch mountains and the southern Utah deserts. Outside of work, Dr. Orme enjoys spending time with her family, running with her partner Zach and their rez dog Chaco, horseback riding, skiing and rooting for her favorite teams-RSL and the U of U basketball teams!
Dr. Orme is looking forward to building relationships with clients and their furry family members. She places great value in the human-animal bond and acknowledges how important her patients are in her client’s lives. She is very excited to be a part of the Willow Creek Pet Center team!
